DataFreight forwarding covers all aspects of freight forwarding and logistics for all modes of transport. It is a fully functional system covering forwarding operations, sales and purchase rates, quotations, job costing, invoicing with full integration with SAGE Line 50 variants, as well as a powerful and flexible reporting system, allowing management to fine-tune business processes and review results and financial performance with accuracy and ease. The application provides a document management system, allowing users to store documents and other media as well as e-mails and their attachments to DataFreight shipments. Documents and other media files can optionally be published to the web via the track and trace web application. A one-off tracking system, similar to those employed by the main integrators, allows for embedded tracking links to be sent to customers via e-mail directly from the application, for use with the tracking application.
